“Luca Palamara vede negato ogni diritto di difesa dopo che il procuratore generale, con un’unica motivazione non provata, chiede per lui la massima pena: l’espulsione”. Sono le parole del giornalista Gianni Minoli che mette in campo la questione delle correnti nel CSM e dell’impossibilità di difendersi per l’ex-pm Luca Palamara, alcuni giorni fa radiato dalla magistratura.
“Qual è questa unica motivazione? – continua Minoli – Che l’onorevole Lotti e Luca Palamara abbiano fatto un accordo segreto, non provato né dimostrato, per determinare il nuovo capo della procura di Roma. E chi è stato in questo caso a giudicare la richiesta? E’ stata la sezione disciplinare del CSM il cui più autorevole membro è il giudice Piercamillo Davigo. Il giudice per il quale non esistono innocenti ma solo colpevoli che non sono stati ancora scoperti. Tra l’altro Davigo è il leader della corrente contrapposta a quella di Palamara e uno dei cento testimoni chiamati dalla difesa di Palamara”.
