Dalle Ceneri è il nuovissimo progetto discografico di Parola Vera, disponibile da oggi su tutte le piattaforme digitali per l’etichetta Dome Recordings, con distribuzione Believe.
Un album che ha come fulcro il concetto di rivalsa, che permea il ricordo vivido dei suoi anni in carcere, fino alla riconquista della libertà, fisica e spirituale, raccontata da chi si sta prendendo la sua rivincita – anche grazie all’arte da essa scaturita. Dalle ceneri ripercorre i punti salienti della vita dell’artista fiorentino: dolore, redenzione e rinascita, proprio come una fenice che si rigenera dalle sue ceneri.
Beat potenti e sonorità innovative, curate per intero da Pashabeats, accompagnano metriche ricercate e liriche dense di contenuto, regalando al pubblico un prodotto dal concept delineato e lontano dai cliché, pur mantenendo una connotazione fortemente street.
Oltre ai singoli già pubblicati nel corso del 2020, come Slang & Tattoo feat. Inoki e Zara feat. Emis Killa, sono presenti anche i featuring di diversi artisti della scena fiorentina, come Leon Branco, Tierre, Kanova e tutto il collettivo Iron Flies Army che, in questi ultimi anni, si stanno facendo sempre più strada nel mondo urban italiano, dando lustro al panorama musicale di un territorio sempre più florido.

2. Noodles – Il brano è un tributo a Morricone e alla cinematografia gangster movie americana,
un’influenza importante per l’immaginario dell’album.
3. Sioux – Banger da club che lo vede collaborare con Leon Branco.
4. Duomo – Traccia malinconica, che ha per sfondo la magnifica Firenze.
5. Slang & Tattoo – Singolo con un testo violento e diretto che vanta il featuring di Inoki Ness.
6. Stobbeh – Sregolatezza e divertimento sono il fulcro di questo brano.
7. Zara – Affiancato da Emis Killa, amico e collega, il singolo è capace di unire il pubblico più giovane a quello “vecchia scuola”.
8. Prega – Featuring Tierre, ha le connotazioni più conscious e riflessive del disco.
9. Latina – Traccia leggera e ironica dai ritmi latin, che spezza il mood dell’album e prepara
l’ascoltatore alla traccia successiva.
10. Savage – Parola Vera e Kanova si alternano in un incredibile esercizio di stile.
11. Fino All’Alba – Approccio Soul ed introspettivo che ci permette di conoscere Parola Vera ancora più a fondo.
12. Medellin – Una posse track nella quale performano gli Iron Flies Army al completo.
13. Freestyle – Un regalo che l’artista ha voluto fare ai nostalgici dei suoi vecchi lavori.
BIO
Parola Vera, classe 1987, è attivo nella scena rap underground fiorentina ed italiana. Muove i primi passi nel 2006, fondando la crew Tullo Soldja. Nel 2013 pubblica il suo primo disco da solista “Parole Vere” nel quale è presente anche Inoki.
Dopo una pausa di qualche anno torna in studio a registrare, portando alla luce, di lì a breve, nuovi singoli quali “Southside” (feat. Nanne), “Bad To The Bone” (feat. Tierre), “Carnal” (feat. Tierre) e “PV” (registrato nel 2013). Da giugno 2019 fa parte della crew Iron Flies Army con i quali ha pubblicato il brano IFA. Nel luglio 2019 pubblica “Dalle Sbarre” EP, registrato nel 2016 nel carcere di Sollicciano che vede la partecipazione di Orkestra Ristretta (una crew di detenuti). Da marzo 2019 è sotto l’etichetta Dome Recordings, per la quale ha pubblicato diversi singoli come Slang&Tattoo ft. Inoki, Fino all’alba e Zara insieme al suo grande amico Emis Killa.
INTERVISTA:
Com’è cambiato il Parola Vera di Dalle Ceneri rispetto ai suoi esordi? In termini di stile, temi, esperienze vissute…
Parola Vera non è cambiato, è solo cresciuto. Il mio approccio alla musica è sempre lo stesso, punto a raccontare il vero, senza filtri.
Le tematiche cambiano di conseguenza, con il mio vissuto, anche se in “Dalle Ceneri” ho voluto raccontare molto del mio passato e della mia crescita personale. Sicuramente la mia visione è maturata, ho altre priorità ed obiettivi rispetto a 10 anni fà. Musicalmente “Dalle Ceneri” rappresenta un’evoluzione stilistica, ho sperimentato su sound per me inediti. Ringrazio anche il mio producer, Pashabeats, di questa evoluzione. Pasha è riuscito ad unire la freschezza della nuova scuola, con il gusto per il sound più’ classico, senza risparmiare sonorità al di fuori del rap/trap canonico.
Pashabeats ha curato tutto il progetto. Come vi siete conosciuti? È la prima volta che lavorate insieme ad un progetto così ampio?
Ho conosciuto Pashabeats tramite Dome Recordings, la mia etichetta. Ci siamo trovati subito, musicalmente e umanamente .
Pasha è un ragazzo pieno di talento ,ha un suono personale e ben definito, ma nonostante questo riesce a capire cosa voglio, abbiamo un bel feeling.
Il disco aveva una direzione in origine, lavorare con Pasha ha arricchito la mia visione, è stato essenziale per la sua riuscita, nonostante non avessimo mai collaborato ad un progetto così articolato.
Il disco è interamente prodotto da lui salvo che per “Slang & Tattoo” prodotto da Pupet, un mio grande amico e compare di sempre dai tempi della Tullo Soldja.
Firenze è predominante, sia per le collaborazioni (Leon Branco, Tierre, Kanova ed il collettivo Iron Flies Army) sia per le ambientazioni nelle quali la richiami – per esempio il singolo Duomo. Com’è crescere artisticamente nella culla dell’arte?
Sono orgoglioso della mia città, amo Firenze. Nonostante la sua immensa tradizione artistica, sotto il punto di vista del rap è sempre stata messa in ombra da altre realtà Italiane. Penso che c’è tantissimo talento in questa città, fra i giovani artisti e non solo, siamo sicuramente sottovalutati, ma presto cambieremo il gioco. Il mio disco punta a portare in alto Firenze, e darle la visibilità artistica che merita, il suo posto nella musica urban Italiana.
Come sono nate invece le collaborazioni con Inoki ed Emis Killa?
Inoki è stato insieme al grande Joe Cassano il mio primo approccio a questa musica Il passo da fan a fratello è stato breve, lo conobbi anni fa aprendo un suo live, ci siamo conosciuto post- concerto e trovati subito . Fabiano è una persona estremamente umile e caparbia, da quel live ne abbiamo fatte tante, io lo considero un fratello oltre che un grande artista, il featuring è venuto da sè, volevamo fare qualcosa insieme dopo l’ultima collabo nel mio precedente disco in feat con la Tullo Soldja. Con Emiliano la situazione e stata simile, ci siamo conosciuti anni fà sotto i palchi e siamo rimasti molto legati, Emis è un ragazzo di strada che ha coronato il suo sogno, sempre umile e vero, il featuring è nato molto spontaneamente, ci siamo sentiti e visti dopo la mia scarcerazione e abbiamo deciso di fare un pezzo insieme, semplicemente perché ci andava, non ci sono vincoli discografici o di promozione in mezzo, solo rispetto artistico e umano.
Non ci sono solo brani introspettivi, ma anche alcuni più leggeri, addirittura una dai suoni latin – appunto, Latina. Da dove viene l’idea per questi brani più soft?
Volevo rendere il mio disco completo, variare sullo stile e sul sound per renderlo fruibile in piu’ situazioni, un disco che può ascoltare in cameretta come in macchina o al club . In “Dalle Ceneri” ho voluto inserire brani introspettivo come “Fino all’alba” e “Prega”, brani dalle sonorità “Mainstream” come “Stobbeh” e “Sioux” o “Zara”, fino a “Latina” o “Medelin” con sonorità Latin/Latin Trap, senza contare track come “Noodles” o “13 freestyle” che rappresentano la mia cifra stilistica da anni. Diciamo che ce n’è per tutti i gusti.
Non potendo fare concerti, come volete promuovere Dalle Ceneri?
E’ una situazione complicata per tutti, non facciamo eccezione. Farò uscire dei video e stiamo lavorando per creare situazione palliative a questo stop dei concerti, ma per adesso non posso parlarne, diamo tempo al tempo.
In ogni caso potete trovare il disco in distribuzione digitale ed acquistare la copia fisica sul sito dome recordings, abbiamo lavorato a una tiratura limitata molto particolare, ci tenevo a dare una packaging ricercato al cd, e stiamo lavorando con il team Dome ad altre sorprese, vedrete.
Cosa hai in programma per il futuro? Usciranno nuovi video?
I primi di Marzo uscirà un estratto dal disco, un pezzo a cui tengo molto, fra le mie tracce preferite di questo progetto. Il video è stato curato dai Framed Music, dei ragazzi Svedesi che ora vivono in Toscana. In Svezia rappresentano il top del videomaking legato allo street rap, da qualche anno si sono trasferiti in Italia e hanno contattato la mia etichetta in maniera quasi casuale. Hanno già girato il video di Duomo per il mio disco, mi sono trovato molto bene con loro, veri professionisti in grado di trasporre le mie parole in immagini.
